BAD start of the day

had a bad start of the day today.. maybe dat was a premonition of the horrid exam paper…
it was raining heavily dis morning…my exam was at 9.30am..and i had planned to leave the house at 8.30am to get a cab.. 30mins for the cab journey, and maybe abit of traffic jam due to bad weather..i tot leaving at 8.30am shouldn’t be a problem..
i thought, might not be able to get a cab due to the bad weather, so i decided to call a cab..guess wat? i tried to call for a cab from 8am to 8.30am, and all the lines were either busy or network busy! i started to get worried..cos itz an exam, cant afford to be late! finaly i got thru one of the cab lines, at 8.30am, but it asked me to hold…so i hold and hold the line, for 15 mins, but no customer svc assistant attended to my call.. din want to waste time, hung up & tried calling other cab lines. SHIT! all numbers busy again!
it was oredi almost 8.50am! i was so worried that i was near tears… i cut alot of queue, overtook alot of pple queueing for taxi.. *GUILTY & SORRY*, but i had no choice… finally walked to the main road junction outside my estate & fortunately.. luckily.. a cab turned in! i got a cab w/o having to book!=) and there were no traffic jams on the way! i was able to get to the examination hall 2,3 mins earlier! phew! dat was a close shave alright.. reli hope the weather wud be kinder during examination days…
