gotten my results on fri, i must say i am very very very very happy with my results! it was so lot beta than wat i had expected, especially the exam modules..nvr gotten such gd results for NIE exams b4. got an A for chinese philosophy. haha!!! all the 孔子、孟子、荀子、墨子、老子、庄子、韩非子、法家……i am expert lo…heh heh..it is a very interesting tho dry module. wonder hw i got an A, cos i spotted all wrong questions. got an A- for 宋词，that paper was alright, at least spotted the right questions. and another A- for my 修辞学.

but i must say 彦老师 is reli my 偶像 lo! cos for the past 2 sems, he has given me very gd results for his modules. and most imptly, he is just a walking encyclopedia! lots of knowledge in him! ask him anything under the sun, or maybe even above the sun, he can just tell u about it w/o referring to any bks.

not like some other so-called professor, who always throws us questions, and say “同学现在都是大学生，应该有思考的能力”, then ask us go bak & think, and nvr ever tell us the answers. PUI! i think the professor himself dun even noe the answers.

nxt sem gonna attend 彦老师’s chinese history, yippie! excited! bcos this has always been my interest. reli love the subject!

well, the exam modules were good, but the rest got only Bs. my voice studies tutor actually only gave me a B, despite all the praising in class. i dunno wat went wrong. said my journal was one of the best she’s ever seen, said my essay was impactful, said my presentation was gd, then in the end only a B. i had expected at least a B+ lo… maybe she hypocrite la, say so much gd things then in the end lik dat..or maybe i screwed up something which she didn’t mention.

anywayz, finally 2nd last semester has come to a圆满的结束,with a gd ending. was reli very worried abt my results bcos i din put in much effort dis sem, and i had 4 days of tuition per wk. and when pple had alr been studying for 2wks, i was still rushing my assignment. so, u see, datz y i nvr believe in 一份耕耘一份收获.

nxt sem all modules very very shiong..especially古汉语语法。他妈的，本小姐连文言文都读不明白，还要学文言文的语法。。。shall not take up any tuitions, will try to put in a little more effort in my studies, since no tuitions. yea, final sem liao, dun play play.. hopefully still can get my honours.

为什么这么在意 honours no honours leh? because in the fucking civil service system, they rate your pay by your results. can u imagine, doing the same amount of work as another person, but just because that person has got a higher class of honours, that person gets a higher pay. and it doesn’t mean that person is any cleverer nor any more capable than you! well, i dunno about others, but 至少我会觉得心里不平衡。government sector 就是这样现实咯!
