i’m gonna write dis post in english, cos itz faster. itz time to rush assignments again, but i wanna write something here & typing in english is faster, heh heh! 1st of all wanna complain about something which has got nothing to do with the title of dis blog post.
haiz…went to toa payoh library ystd, wanted to get some bks for my history assignment. but haiz haiz haiz…itz like a wasted trip! nothing suitable. so i gotta make another trip diz few days, to the bkstores in bras basah complex, or the central lending library. waste my time…

ok, some things i saw ystd, which i reli hated! saw some very ugly singaporeans, so tot of updating my blog here, so tt u all, my frens out there wont make the same mistakes as those ugly singaporeans i saw, and then make urselves end up as ugly singaporeans as well.
DOG POO:
saw an indian lady brought her dog out for stroll/poo-poo. her dog poo-ed on the pavement, which is for people to walk on. i was tinking if she’s considerate enuf to clear the dog poo. she had some newspapers in her hand, so i tot she shud b clearing it. but she didn’t! she just threw the newspapers on the shit, to cover the shit, probably thinking that "no see = no exist". was tinking if i shud just tell her in her face that it is her responsibility to clear those shit, and not the poor roadsweeper’s. but i din eventually. should i? should i have told her off? or shud i not b such a k-po?
y got such pple ah??!! and she’s not the only one. there r lots of dog-owners out there who’s not considerate enuf to clear their dogs’ poo. come on, itz unhygenic, people may step on it, it reli dirties our environment & itz unfair to the roadsweeper! y does he have to clear shit for diz inconsiderate selfish pple?!
but i’ve seen considerate dog-owners who clear their dogs’ poo. appreciate wat diz people do! come on, itz ur dog, u wanna keep it, so clearing its poo is ur responsibility too! u wanna have a baby, so when the baby shits, u clean up the mess too rite? or is there a difference between human shit & animal shit?
INCONSIDERATE MOTHERS:
i tink going to the library on a weekend was a BIG mistake! i usually go there on weekdays, and itz so quiet, so peaceful. it was so noisy there ystd! full of kids who were running around, screaming, or crying at the top of their voice. i’m just surprised y the library allows that kind of noise in the children’s section.
ok, i noe, mothers out there r gg to tell me that kids r like dis. yes, i noe, kids r like dis, so it is understandable to a certain extent. but what i couldn’t stand was, there were mothers who just sat in the aircon environment to chit-chat! and they just let their kids run about & make noise.
omg! datz the library… not market, nor playground! see…selfish pple who wanna enjoy the comfort of the aircon, but brings disturbances to others who reli want to read in a quiet environment.

sometimes i reli feel like telling diz pple off, whether izit the inconsiderate mothers or the inconsiderate dog-owners. not that i wanna be a k-po, but many singaporeans, including myself sometimes, r not conscious tt our acts bring alot of inconvenience or watsoever to others. it may not be that they do it out of purpose, but they just don tink so much, they are not conscious of wat consequences their acts will bring. and sometimes we reli need pple to tell us off b4 we realise our acts r reli acts of selfishness, acts of inconsideration, etc.
and i guess, most singaporeans r bo-chap.. our nonchalant attitude.. as long as those selfish acts do not affect them directly, they’ll keep quiet. they’ll tink: don b a k-po lah, it doesn’t concern me. 久而久之，we have dis "keeping quiet" culture. as the "keeping quiet" culture grows, it means the selfish & inconsiderate culture grows too, cos nobody tells them off. yea..so it becomes a cycle..so inconsideration & selfishness become traits of singaporeans.
